Reservation Policy: A payment of 50% of rental and a refundable damage/cleaning deposit of $300 required to reserve a date. Remaining balance will be due no less than 60 days prior to the event. Only cash or credit card are accepted. Individual room rentals by the hour only require a $150.00 damage/cleaning deposit.
